Telemarketing Executive – Lead Generation & Sales

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telemarketing Executive to promote our water treatment products and services, generate customer leads, and support our sales team.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate sales leads.
• Explain our products and services, including RO plants, iron removal filters, water softeners, and water purification systems.
• Follow up with customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.
• Identify customer requirements and arrange appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain daily call records, lead details, and follow-up reports.
• Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.
• Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into orders.

Requirements

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel.
• Ability to handle customer enquiries and follow-ups.
• Prior telemarketing or telesales experience preferred.
• Experience in water treatment or related industries will be an added advantage.
• Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
