Telecom Project Coordinator (NBN Completions Coordinator)

Candidate should be ready work in australian time zone: 4.30 am to 12 noon

Purpose of Role:
Responsible for the accurate and timely completion of all project documentation and deliverables required for successful NBN project completion and handover.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and validate all completion documentation including BoM, BoQ, Redlines, As-Built, and Design documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Design, Construction, Quality) to gather required information and documentation.
• Ensure timely submission of completion documentation to NBN and manage any feedback or queries.
• Track and report on the status of completion activities and deliverables.
• Maintain organised records and documentation in line with project and NBN requirements.
• Assist in the resolution of defects or issues identified during the completion and handover process.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to the completion process and documentation quality.
• Liaise with NBN and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and compliance with project requirements.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in NBN project completions or a similar role within the telecommunications industry.
• Strong understanding of NBN network architecture and technologies (Fibre, Copper, HFC).
• Experience in reviewing and validating completion documentation such as DDDs, IDDs, Redlines, BoM, BoQ, As-Built, and Design documents.
• Familiarity with N2P programs (e.g., Atlas, S-18, SD1) and tools such as ADR, MapInfo, and QGIS.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or higher in Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications or training in NBN completions or project coordination (desirable).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Morning shift
