Job Description

Candidate Requirements

  • Language Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in Telugu is mandatory. Basic understanding of English/Tamil for documentation.
  • Education: 12th Pass (HSC) or any Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience:
  • Freshers with strong communication and convincing skills are welcome
  • 0 to 2 years of prior experience in BPO, telecalling, telesales, or debt collection/telecollection is an added advantage
  • Key Traits: High resilience, strong negotiation abilities, active listening, and basic computer/CRM navigation skills.

Shift & Work Environment

  • Working Days: 6 Days Working (with fixed or rotational week-offs)
  • Shift Timings: Standard Day Shift (e.g., ~9:30 AM to 7:00 PM)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
