Telecalling Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Telecalling Sales Executive to generate leads, connect with potential customers, promote printing ink products and support the sales team in achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

· Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

· Generate leads through telecalling and follow up on business enquiries.

· Introduce and promote the company's printing ink products.

· Explain product features, applications and benefits to customers.

· Identify customer requirements and share relevant product information.

· Generate enquiries for Flexographic, Screen Printing and Commercial Printing Inks.

· Schedule meetings and customer visits for the field sales team.

· Follow up on quotations, samples and pending orders.

· Maintain customer databases and daily calling reports.

· Achieve daily calling, lead generation and monthly sales targets.

Product Knowledge

· Flexographic Printing Inks.

· Screen Printing Inks.

· Commercial Printing Inks.

· Other printing ink products and solutions.

Required Qualifications & Skills

· Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.

· 0–3 years of telecalling or inside sales experience, with mandatory prior experience in the printing ink industry.

· Must have hands-on experience or prior working knowledge of the printing ink field, including Flexographic Inks, Screen Printing Inks, Commercial Printing Inks or other industrial printing inks.

· Candidates without prior experience in the printing ink industry will not be considered.

· Excellent verbal communication, convincing and negotiation skills.

· Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel.

· Ability to handle customer enquiries, generate leads and follow up with clients.

· Target-oriented and customer-focused approach.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
