Job Description

  • Make Outbound Calls: Contact prospective or existing clients to pitch products, services, or special offers.
  • Handle Inbound Queries: Answer incoming phone calls, emails, or chat messages from customers asking for help or details.
  • Qualify Leads: Identify potential buyers and transfer serious leads to the field sales team.
  • Update Records: Log call outcomes, notes, and customer details into a CRM or Excel spreadsheet.
  • Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints, process orders, and follow up on pending requests

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
