Sales Support: Assisting in the sales process by providing product information, answering questions, and potentially closing sales over the phone. Customer Relationship Management: Building rapport with customers, understanding their needs, and maintaining positive relationships. Data Management: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, updating customer information, and documenting call details in CRM systems. Following Up: Following up with leads and customers to nurture relationships and drive sales or service resolutions. Target Achievement: Meeting or exceeding set targets for calls, sales, leads, or other performance indicators. Product Knowledge: Staying updated on product information, features, benefits, and pricing to effectively communicate with customers. Compliance: Adhering to telecalling scripts, company policies, and legal regulations related to telemarketing.
