Telecalling Executive – Healthcare

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
• Respond to patient enquiries and provide appropriate information.
• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments.
• Make outbound calls to approximately 40–50 leads per day.
• Follow up with patients regarding their enquiries and appointment bookings.
• Explain hospital services and provide accurate information to callers.
• Maintain records of calls, patient enquiries, and follow-ups.
• Communicate with patients professionally, patiently, and empathetically.
• Escalate medical questions to the appropriate medical team.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and follow hospital communication protocols.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or a similar role.
• Fluency in Hindi, English, and Marathi is mandatory.
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and data-entry skills.
• Smart, confident, organized, and patient-focused attitude.
• Ability to manage daily calling responsibilities and follow-ups.
• Experience in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare organization will be preferred.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month, depending on experience.
• Additional performance-based incentives.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Market Yard, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
