Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Handle incoming enquiries regarding stock market courses and research services.
Understand customer requirements and explain suitable courses or services.
Follow up with interested customers and maintain proper communication.
Convert qualified enquiries into sales.
Welcome and assist walk-in customers.
Maintain customer enquiry and follow-up records.

Required Skills

Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
Confidence in speaking with customers.
Interest in sales and customer interaction.
Good listening and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Stock market knowledge is an added advantage, but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
