Job Description: We are looking for an enthusiastic and persuasive Tele-caller to join our BPO team. The ideal candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable speaking with customers over the phone, addressing their needs, and closing sales or resolving queries efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Outbound and Inbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to provide product/service information, generate leads, and close sales. Handle inbound customer inquiries with professionalism and resolve their concerns. Customer Interaction: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction. Explain products and services clearly and persuasively to customers. Sales and Targets: Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions. Upsell and cross-sell relevant products or services to maximize revenue. Data Management: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and complaints in the CRM system. Follow up on leads and maintain a strong pipeline. Quality and Compliance: Adhere to quality standards and ensure all communications are professional and ethical. Comply with company policies, procedures, and relevant legal regulations.
