Job Summary

We are hiring Telecalling Executives for our Business Loan and Financial Services process. The role involves contacting potential customers and business owners, explaining loan products, generating leads, and following up with interested customers.

Candidates should have good communication skills, confidence in handling customers, and an interest in sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and business owners.
• Explain business loan products and available financial services.
• Understand customer requirements and basic business details.
• Generate leads and identify potential customers.
• Follow up with interested customers regularly.
• Collect basic customer information and required documents.
• Coordinate with the sales and loan processing teams.
• Update customer details, call records, and follow-ups in the CRM.
• Work towards daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

Skills Required

• Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Good customer-handling and convincing skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.
• Ability to handle customer queries and objections.
• Good follow-up and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in sales and financial services.

Eligibility

• 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or lead generation is preferred.
• Experience in banking, NBFC, business loans, or financial services will be an advantage.
• Graduates are preferred.
• Freshers with good communication and sales skills may also apply.
