Handling inbound calls: Answering customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns. Lead generation: Identifying and qualifying potential customers through phone calls. Sales: Persuading customers to make purchases or schedule appointments. Customer service: Providing support, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Record keeping: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions in a CRM system. Following communication scripts: Adhering to specific scripts and guidelines to ensure professionalism and consistency. Meeting sales targets: Contributing to individual and team performance by achieving sales goals. Building rapport: Establishing positive relationships with customers to ensure a positive experience. Skills and Qualifications: Strong verbal communication skills: Ability to clearly and persuasively communicate with customers.
