Job Description

Tamil Telecaller manages phone communications with customers, clients, or leads primarily in fluent Tami

  • Outbound & Inbound Calling: Make calls to prospective or existing customers and answer incoming service or product inquiries. • Lead Generation & Sales: Explain products, services, courses, or real estate/loan offers clearly in Tamil to convert leads into sales. • Customer Support & Resolution: Address basic user complaints, troubleshoot service issues, or provide information on apps, websites, and policies. • Follow-ups & Collections: Track follow-up schedules, manage payment reminders, or handle loan recovery calls. • Data Logging: Update customer details, call outcomes, and notes accurately inside the company's CRM or database

Pay: ₹8,600.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
