Telecaller - Bangalore

Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain healthcare services, health insurance plans, and related products.
• Generate leads and convert prospective customers into sales.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable healthcare or insurance plans.
• Explain policy benefits, coverage, premium details, and terms clearly to customers.
• Follow up with interested leads and maintain regular communication.
• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information about products and services.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets.
• Maintain customer information and update call details in the CRM system.

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
• Good interpersonal and customer-handling abilities.
• Strong sales approach and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle outbound calls and follow-ups.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Eligibility:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Any Graduate.
• Freshers are welcome; prior experience in telecalling, telesales, healthcare sales, or insurance sales will be an added advantage.
• Candidates with experience in selling health insurance policies or healthcare packages are preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
