Kinetic Green Energy is looking for a confident and customer-oriented Telecaller to generate leads, engage with prospective customers, and promote electric vehicles (EVs).

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate EV sales leads.
• Explain product features, pricing, offers, and benefits.
• Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales opportunities.
• Handle customer queries professionally.
• Schedule showroom visits and test rides for prospective customers.
• Maintain customer databases, call records, and follow-up reports.
• Coordinate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support.
• Good communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and English.
• Basic computer knowledge and working proficiency in MS Excel.
• Strong convincing, interpersonal, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
