Role Overview

The Telecaller / Sales Coordinator will be responsible for generating new leads, connecting with potential clients, following up with prospects and providing backend support to the field sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Make cold calls to potential customers and businesses.
• Send cold emails and WhatsApp messages to prospective clients.
• Search and identify new potential customers and companies.
• Generate and maintain a database of prospective clients.
• Understand the client's basic requirement and qualify the lead.
• Follow up regularly with leads and existing prospects.
• Coordinate with the field sales team for client meetings.
• Schedule meetings and share meeting details with the sales team.
• Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups and meeting status.
• Support the sales team with quotations, company profiles and other required documents.
• Coordinate internally for smooth follow-up and communication.
• Ensure that no qualified lead is missed due to lack of follow-up.

Requirements

• Good communication skills in English, Hindi and Marathi.
• Confident while speaking with new people over the phone.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Good follow-up and coordination skills.
• Should be comfortable with cold calling and sales activities.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Fresher candidates with good communication skills can also apply.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
