Job Description:

We are hiring energetic and persuasive Telecallers / Sales Professionals to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into customers, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services.
Identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
Maintain and update customer databases.
Follow up with leads and close sales efficiently.
Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
Work closely with the team to achieve overall business goals.

Skills & Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
Ability to handle objections and close deals confidently.
Good presentation and persuasion skills.
Positive attitude and self-motivated approach.
Basic computer and CRM knowledge preferred.
Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service will be an advantage.

Salary & Incentives:

Total Package: ₹50,000 per month
Fixed Take-home: ₹15,000 (30%)
Performance-based Incentives: Up to ₹35,000
