We are hiring experienced outbound telecallers for selling Ayurvedic medicines. This is a pure sales and conversion role, not a general calling job. We are looking for candidates who are confident, convincing, and know how to close sales over calls. Current product focus: Men’s Personal Health Ayurvedic Medicines (We will soon expand into Diabetes, Joint Pain, Alcohol De-addiction & other Ayurvedic healthcare products.) Job Responsibilities: Make outbound sales calls using provided leads Explain and pitch Ayurvedic medicines confidently Understand customer problems and suggest suitable products Handle objections and close sales Do follow-ups and maintain basic call/sales records Achieve daily and monthly sales targets Requirements: Minimum 1–2 years experience in outbound telesales (mandatory) Strong communication and convincing skills Must be target-driven and result-oriented Experience in medicine / healthcare / Ayurvedic sales preferred Hindi required, English is an added advantage Important: This role is for experienced sales callers only Freshers or non-sales callers should not apply Salary & Benefits: Fixed salary + high performance-based incentives Long-term opportunity with business expansion If you know how to sell, convince, and close, this job is for you.
