Job Title: Telecaller – Outbound Job Summary: We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Outbound Telecaller to make calls to potential customers and promote our products/services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to handle rejections positively while achieving call and conversion targets. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database. Explain products/services and generate interest. Follow up on leads and maintain a call log. Achieve daily and monthly calling/conversion targets. Handle customer queries and objections confidently. Maintain accurate records of conversations and outcomes. Coordinate with the sales team for lead closures.
