About the Role

Rich Global Edu is looking for energetic and confident Telecallers for the Malayalam Voice Process to communicate with prospective students, parents, and other enquiries regarding our education and career services.

The candidate will be responsible for handling enquiries, explaining our services clearly in Malayalam, understanding client requirements, and conducting systematic follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective students, parents, and other enquiries.
• Attend incoming calls and provide appropriate information.
• Explain Rich Global Edu's education and career services clearly.
• Communicate fluently and confidently in Malayalam.
• Understand prospective clients' requirements and interests.
• Follow up with leads from websites, digital campaigns, social media, and referrals.
• Schedule counselling sessions and appointments.
• Maintain proper records of calls, enquiries, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with counsellors, marketing executives, and management.

Candidate Requirements

• Fluency in spoken Malayalam is essential.
• Basic English communication skills are preferred.
• Good communication and listening skills.
• Confident and pleasant telephone communication.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to maintain regular follow-ups.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Previous experience in telecalling, voice process, customer service, telesales, education, or counselling will be preferred.

Freshers with good Malayalam communication skills are also welcome to apply.
