Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-driven Tele Callers to join our Sales & Marketing team. As a Tele Caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, explaining our projects, scheduling site visits, and maintaining strong customer relations. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database. Explain the features and benefits of various residential/commercial projects. Generate interest and schedule site visits or meetings with the sales team. Follow up with prospects regularly to convert inquiries into site visits or bookings. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer details in CRM. Handle incoming calls and respond to customer queries with professionalism. Share project brochures, location maps, and other required details via WhatsApp/email. Coordinate with the field sales team and update them on confirmed appointments. Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets of calls, follow-ups, and conversions. Requirements: Proven experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales (real estate preferred). Excellent communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi (as per region). Confident, persuasive, and good at handling objections. Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and work under pressure. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office & CRM tools.
