Industry: Life Insurance / Insurance SalesJob SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional to drive life insurance sales through POSP (Point of Sales Person) partners, manage partner relationships, and achieve assigned business targets. The candidate will be responsible for partner coordination, sales support, lead follow-ups, and business development.Key Responsibilities

• Life Insurance Knowledge: Understand life insurance products, policy features, benefits, and customer requirements.
• Telecalling & Communication: Make outbound calls, follow up with leads, explain insurance products, and coordinate with prospective customers and partners.
• Partner Management: Build and maintain relationships with POSP partners, support their sales activities, and help improve partner productivity.
• Sales Target Achievement: Achieve monthly sales targets, generate business opportunities, and ensure timely follow-ups for conversions.
• Business Development: Identify new opportunities to increase life insurance sales through existing and new partners.
• Coordination & Reporting: Maintain partner records, track sales performance, and provide regular business updates to the reporting manager.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in life insurance sales, POSP sales, telecalling, or partner management will be preferred.

• Ability to work towards sales targets and handle customer or partner queries.
• Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.
• Positive attitude and a strong focus on business growth.
