Job Description – Telecaller Executive

Job Summary

LA Excellence Academy is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Telecaller Executive to connect with prospective students and parents, provide course information, generate admission leads, and support the admissions team in achieving enrolment targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents from provided databases.
• Explain the academy's courses, programs, fee structure, and admission process.
• Follow up with interested leads and encourage them to visit the campus or proceed with admissions.
• Handle incoming enquiries professionally and resolve basic queries.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and admission status.
• Coordinate with the Academic Counselling and Admissions teams.
• Achieve daily calling targets and contribute to monthly admission goals.
• Communicate politely and maintain good relationships with prospective students and parents.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: Intermediate or any Degree.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Good communication skills in Telugu and basic English.
• Hindi communication skills will be an added advantage.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Good convincing, listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle calls, follow-ups, and targets effectively.
