Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Telecaller to join our automobile dealership/service center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to generate leads, follow up on inquiries, promote services, and schedule test drives or service appointments. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers to inform them about vehicle offers, finance schemes, or service promotions. Follow up with interested customers and maintain a database of leads. Handle incoming calls and respond to customer queries about products, pricing, and availability. Schedule appointments for vehicle test drives or service bookings. Maintain records of conversations and update the CRM system. Coordinate with the sales and service teams to ensure follow-ups and customer satisfaction. Collect feedback from customers to improve service and products. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead targets. Requirements:Education: Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred. Experience: 0–2 years in telecalling, preferably in the automotive sector. Good communication skills in [insert relevant languages, e.g., English, Hindi, etc.]. Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office or CRM tools. Persuasive speaking voice.
