Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our insurance sales team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining insurance products, generating leads, and converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Explain life insurance and health insurance products.
• Generate and follow up on sales leads.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable insurance plans.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team.
• Maintain daily call records and update lead details.
• Achieve monthly sales and lead-generation targets.

Requirements

• Any Graduate / PUC.
• 0–2 years of experience in telecalling or sales.
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
• Good Kannada and English communication skills.
• Hindi is an added advantage.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Confident, persuasive and target-oriented.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
