We are looking for a skilled Tele caller with experience in the immigration field to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, answering inbound inquiries, and providing comprehensive information about our immigration services.
Key Responsibilities:*
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to inform them about our immigration services.
Handle inbound calls and respond to client inquiries regarding immigration processes.
Provide detailed and accurate information about various immigration programs.
Maintain and update customer databases with information and interactions.
Schedule consultations and follow-up appointments for potential clients.
Address customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
