Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers and assigned leads.
  • Understand customer requirements and explain basic home loan products.
  • Generate qualified leads and follow up with interested customers.
  • Schedule appointments with Home Loan Specialists.
  • Maintain customer records and update lead status in CRM.
  • Coordinate with the sales team and achieve calling targets.

Requirements:

  • Experience in BPO, telecalling, home loan telesales, banking, NBFC, inside sales or customer service.
  • Good Hindi and English communication skills.
  • Confident telephone etiquette and strong follow-up skills.
  • Target-oriented with basic computer knowledge.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
