Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
Maintain proper records of daily calls and outcomes
✅ Requirements:
Prior telecalling experience (preferably in HR/recruitment/sales)
Confident, fluent in Malayalam and/or English
Good convincing and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp, Google Forms, etc.)
Self-motivated and target-oriented
