Job Description

We are looking for a Telecaller (Female preferred) to handle inbound and outbound calls, generate leads, and assist in customer service for Sarwin Air Conditioner.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers for sales & service inquiries.
• Attend incoming calls and provide product/service information.
• Maintain customer records and follow-up on leads.
• Support the sales team in appointment setting and lead generation.
• Achieve daily/weekly calling targets.

Requirements

• Age: 20–35 years (Female candidates preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of telecalling/tele-sales experience (freshers can also apply).
• Good communication in Tamil (Basic English preferred).
• Friendly, confident, and customer-focused attitude.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/CRM).
