Telecaller – (Female Candidates Only)

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and confident female Telecaller to join our team. The role involves reaching out to students and professionals, explaining our IT Training courses & Internship programs, and guiding them through the registration process.

* Remote working is not available.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and interns.
• Explain IT training courses, internship opportunities, and career benefits.
• Handle inbound queries about courses and schedules.
• Maintain call records and follow-up with interested candidates.
• Achieve daily/weekly calling targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure student satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Female Candidates Only.
• Good communication skills in English, Malayalam
• Basic computer knowledge.
