Rohera Healthcare & Technology Pvt. Ltd. (eMedica) is a Pune-based medical device company. We are looking for a confident, well-spoken Telecaller to join our team at our office in Sacred Heart Town, Wanowrie, Pune. What you will do: - Make and receive calls with customers, clinics and enquiries - Explain our products clearly and arrange follow-ups - Keep accurate call records and update lead details - Coordinate with the sales and support team What we are looking for: - Fluent spoken English and Hindi (Marathi is a plus) - Clear, polite and professional phone manner - Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets) - Prior telecalling or customer-service experience preferred; freshers with strong communication skills are welcome Job details: - Salary: Rs 20,000 to Rs 23,000 per month - Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday - Work from office: Sacred Heart Town, Wanowrie, Pune 411040 - Job type: Full-time, permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
