Telecaller – Delivery Verification Team

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Make outbound verification calls to customers on behalf of our seller clients. Confirm order intent, address accuracy, availability for delivery, and resolve any doubts the customer may have. Record detailed call notes accurately and promptly in the system. Follow standard verification scripts while adapting to customer responses when needed. Escalate suspicious, fake or risky orders as per internal guidelines. Collaborate closely with internal NDR teams to ensure smooth handovers. Maintain daily call targets with high accuracy and quality. Ideal Candidate Profile: 0-2 years of experience in telecalling, BPO, customer support, or verification roles. Excellent communication skills — clear, polite and professional phone manner. Fluency in Hindi is mandatory; knowledge of additional regional languages is a strong plus. Strong listening skills with the ability to identify red flags in conversations. Highly disciplined, reliable, and able to maintain data accuracy. Comfortable working in fast-paced, target-driven environments. Prior experience in logistics, e-commerce, or courier verification is a bonus. What We Offer: Fixed salary with attractive incentive structure.
