Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Outbound Telecaller to connect with individual customers (B2C), explain products or services, generate leads, and convert potential customers into sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Explain products/services and communicate offers effectively.
• Generate leads, follow up with interested customers, and convert leads into sales.
• Handle customer queries and maintain a professional calling approach.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up details.

Requirements:

• Freshers –3 years of experience in outbound telecalling, B2C sales, or telesales.
• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls.
• Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
• Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also apply.
