Role Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Telecaller cum Admissions Counselor to join our team at SUDHIR'S CLASSES, Pimple Saudagar. You will be responsible for connecting with parents and students to inform them about our coaching programs for IIT-JEE, NEET & MHT-CET, handling enquiries, and ensuring a smooth communication experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call potential students/parents from leads database and walk-in enquiries.
• Explain our courses, test series, fees, and benefits clearly.
• Follow up with interested leads and maintain daily call logs.
• Support admissions team in converting leads.
• Maintain polite and professional communication with parents and students.

Skills Required:

• Good communication in Marathi, Hindi & basic English
• Confidence on phone calls and convincing ability
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Positive attitude and patience

Bonus:

• Experience in Education Sector or as a telecaller
• Knowledge of CBSE,HSC, IIT-JEE, NEET, MHT-CET and other competitive exams
