Job Title: Telecaller Location: Vadodara, Gujarat Company: CP Advisor Digital Pvt Ltd Job Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: Ø Customer Interaction: Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote loan products and services. Ø Loan Log-in Process: Guide customers through the loan application process, ensuring all required documentation is collected and accurately submitted. Ø Sales: Achieve sales targets by converting leads into successful loan applications. Ø Follow-up: Maintain regular follow-up with customers to ensure a smooth loan process and address any concerns or queries. Ø Data Management: Update and maintain customer records in the system. Skills and Knowledge Ø Basic knowledge of computers. Ø Excellent communication skills. Ø Strong sales and persuasion skills. Ø Prior experience in telecalling or a similar role is an advantage.
