Telecaller – Admissions & Sales

WE ARE HIRING – TELECALLER (ADMISSIONS & SALES) Take One School of Mass Communication Location: East of Kailash, New Delhi Experience: 2–3 Years Job Type: Full-Time (Work From Office) JOB DESCRIPTION We are looking for an experienced, confident, and target-oriented Telecaller with excellent communication, persuasion, follow-up, and sales closing skills. The candidate will be responsible for handling student enquiries, converting leads into confirmed admissions, and achieving monthly admission targets. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Handle inbound and outbound calls for student admissions. - Explain course details, fees, duration, and career opportunities to prospective students. - Convert enquiries and leads into confirmed, paid admissions. - Conduct regular follow-ups through calls and WhatsApp. - Handle objections, persuade prospective students, and close admissions. - Achieve monthly admission and sales targets. - Handle leads generated through Meta Ads, website enquiries, and other marketing channels. - Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions. - Build positive relationships with prospective students and parents. - Coordinate with the admissions team for smooth enrolment. REQUIREMENTS - 2–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, education sales, or admission-related calling. - Proven experience in lead conversion and achieving sales targets. - Excellent communication, persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills. - Strong telephone sales and follow-up abilities. - Fluency in Hindi and good communication skills in English. - Confident, self-motivated, and result-oriented personality. - Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp and lead management systems. - Experience in selling educational, professional, or vocational courses preferred. - Graduate in any discipline preferred. Candidates with strong telecalling, sales closing, and lead conversion experience will be given preference.
