Tele Sales Executives

You are hiring Experienced Tele Sales Executives for a sales process located in BTM 2nd Stage, Bangalore. The office is conveniently situated just 700 meters away from Kuvempunagara Bus Station. Your workdays are scheduled from Monday to Saturday, with shift timings from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM. The salary range offered for this position is between 15,000 to 25,000 based on your performance during the interview. In addition to the salary, you can earn attractive monthly incentives and avail of benefits like PF and Festival Offs. To be considered for this role, you should have a minimum of 6 months to 1 year of verifiable experience in sales. The minimum educational qualification required is passing 12th grade or above. Fluency in English is mandatory along with proficiency in any one of the regional languages such as Kannada, Hindi, Telugu, or Tamil. Your key responsibilities will include meeting and exceeding sales targets, generating business from new and existing customer accounts, handling negotiations with senior-level executives, and building strong relationships with customers. The ideal candidate should possess 6 months to 1 year of quota-carrying sales experience, expertise in loan sales, a proven track record of exceeding quotas, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
