Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic candidates for a Tele Sales Executive position in a manufacturing industry environment. Candidates must have good communication skills in Hindi and English. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate sales leads.
• Explain company products and services to prospective customers.
• Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication.
• Identify customer requirements and support sales conversion.
• Maintain call records, customer information, and follow-up reports.
• Achieve assigned sales targets.
• Coordinate with the sales team to improve customer engagement.

Required Skills

• Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Good convincing and negotiation skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and record-keeping skills.
• Customer-oriented attitude and willingness to work towards sales targets.

Additional Language Advantage

Knowledge of any of the following languages will be an added advantage:

• Tamil
• Telugu
• Malayalam
• Kannada

Experience

• Freshers can apply.
• Candidates with 0–4 years of experience are welcome.
• Previous tele sales or manufacturing industry experience will be an advantage.

Salary

Salary will be based on previous work experience, communication skills, and relevant industry exposure.
