NRG7 is hiring experienced Tele Sales Closers for our offices in Delhi or Gurugram.

NRG7 is an Australian renewable energy company providing quality solar systems, home batteries, air conditioning and heat pump solutions to customers across Australia.

We are looking for confident, target-driven sales professionals with proven closing skills and experience in Australian telesales campaigns.

This is not an entry-level calling job. We want people who can build customer trust, handle objections, negotiate confidently and close deals over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

As a Tele Sales Closer, you will:

• Close inbound and outbound sales over the phone.
• Sell solar systems, battery storage, air conditioning and heat pump solutions to Australian customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Build rapport, overcome objections and confidently close sales.
• Follow up with interested customers and convert opportunities into confirmed deals.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer information and sales activities in the CRM.
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

Essential Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of telesales closing experience in Australian sales campaigns.
• Experience selling solar, batteries, air conditioning, heat pumps or other energy-related products is highly desirable.
• Excellent spoken English and professional communication skills.
• Strong objection-handling, negotiation and closing abilities.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and convert leads into sales.
• Confidence working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
