Handle Customer's Outbound Calls. Telling Them About Products / Offers / Services. Deciding on the goal of each outbound call, such as wanting the potential customer to complete a survey, product promotion or issue resolution. Building and updating call lists to ensure it is accurate and up to date. Creating personalised and targeted call scripts instead of using generic ones. Having meaningful and engaging conversations with potential customers using a natural tone and pacing. Understanding the challenges potential customers face and explaining how the company's products or services can address those challenges. Setting up follow-up calls to better understand customers' needs and build strong relationships.
