1 Outbound Calling – Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to prospects; follow scripts to introduce products or services and generate interest
2 Lead Generation & Qualification – Research and identify potential leads; qualify prospects based on established criteria3 Product & Service Presentation – Present and explain product features, benefits, and pricing to prospects4 Appointment Scheduling – Arrange meetings, demos, or callbacks; send confirmations and reminders via phone or email5 CRM & Data Management – Record call outcomes, update customer profiles, and maintain accurate call logs in the CRM system6 Follow-Up & Relationship Nurturing – Execute timely follow-up calls and emails to engage and nurture leads through the sales funnel7 Performance Monitoring & Reporting – Track key metrics (call volume, conversion rates, appointment set rate); compile and report on campaign effectiveness
