Job Description:

We are looking for a confident and fluent Female Telecaller with prior experience in handling customer calls. The candidate must be proficient in English communication and capable of interacting with clients professionally over the phone.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls and handle inbound customer calls
• Communicate clearly and professionally in English
• Explain company products/services to customers
• Follow up with potential clients and maintain records
• Meet daily and monthly call targets
• Resolve customer queries efficiently

Requirements:

• Female candidate only
• Previous experience as a telecaller or similar role
• Excellent spoken English is a must
• Basic computer knowledge
• Good interpersonal and convincing skills
