Job Objective : Tele caller for Real Estate To generate leads, follow up with potential clients, and schedule site visits or meetings for the sales team by making telephonic calls and handling customer inquiries. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Call potential customers from databases or leads provided. Explain real estate projects, offers, and benefits. Identify customer needs and suggest suitable properties. Follow-ups: Maintain regular contact with interested clients. Update CRM with call outcomes and client status. Schedule site visits or meetings with sales executives. Customer Relationship Management: Build rapport with clients to encourage future business. Handle queries and provide accurate information. Maintain a professional and courteous tone. Data Management: Maintain and update call logs and lead sheets. Track conversion rates and report to the sales manager. Skills Required: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Persuasive and confident speaking abilities Basic knowledge of real estate terminology and market trends Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Language: Hindi (Preferred) English (Required) Work Location: In person
