Job Description:
We're looking for a Tele caller to join our team and handle admission enquiries for our college enrollments. As a Tele caller, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to incoming enquiries from prospective students and parents
- Providing information about our college courses, fees, and admission process
- Converting enquiries into admissions
- Meeting daily targets and goals
- Maintaining accurate records of enquiries and follow-ups
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in Tamil & English
- Prior experience in telesales/telemarketing is a plus, but freshers can also apply
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
