Cadabam's Group is hiring Admission Coordinators for the Helpline Department. Designation: Admission Coordinator Location: Cadabam's Hospitals, J P Nagar Work: Hybrid Shifts: Rotational Shift & Night Shift (Work From Home) Salary Range: 18,000/- to 25,000/- Experience: 0 - 3 years Requirements: Should have passed PUC, Diploma and Above Should be comfortable with at least 2 or more languages (Kannada and Telugu preferably) Excellent communication skills are required Excellent customer service skills Able to handle enquiry from Chats, E-mails, and Calls Responsibilities: Answering inbound calls/customer queries related to the services offered Responsible for receiving inbound calls and outbound calls along with regular follow-up on calls/leads assigned Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going (by understanding the customer requirements and placing them into the services that suite them best) Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Work from home Schedule: Night shift Rotational shift Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Performance bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Doddakallasandra, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Experience: total work: 1 year (Preferred) Language: Kannada (Required) Telugu (Required) English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
