Tele caller (Work from home)

Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller to join our outbound calling team. The role involves connecting with potential customers, explaining products/services, and driving successful conversions. Candidates with good communication, and a positive attitude .

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from the given database.
• Clearly explain product features, benefits, and offers.
• Generate leads, take follow-ups, and convert warm prospects.
• Maintain call logs, daily reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th / Graduate (any stream).
• Confident communication skills (Malayalam)
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to handle high-volume calls.
• Target-oriented, persuasive, and self-motivated personality.
• Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.
