Tele Caller/ Tele Sales/ Customer Support

Hiring: Inside Sales / Tele calling / Telesales – B2C

We’re looking for confident communicators who can engage customers, understand their needs, and convert enquiries into sales. Freshers and candidates with up to 4 years of experience in tele calling, telesales, inside sales, customer support, or other calling roles are welcome.

Qualification: MBA mandatory
Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills required
Region: Southeast Asia
Work Location: Gachibowli
Work Timings: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Compensation: A decent hike on current CTC for experienced candidates, plus attractive incentives
Transport: No cab facility or travel allowance

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Contact prospective customers through outbound calls and respond to inbound enquiries.
• Understand customer requirements, preferences, and budget to recommend suitable products or services.
• Present product features, benefits, pricing, and current offers clearly.
• Qualify leads, maintain a healthy sales pipeline, and follow up with prospective customers.
• Convert enquiries and leads into sales while meeting individual and team targets for revenue, conversions, and call activity.
• Handle customer questions, concerns, and objections professionally to support purchase decisions.
• Explain the buying process and coordinate order placement, payment, and fulfilment with relevant teams.
• Keep customer, lead, call, and sales records accurate and up to date in the CRM.
• Follow approved sales scripts, processes, and customer communication standards.
• Build positive customer relationships, seek feedback, and support a smooth customer experience.
• Reconnect with existing customers when appropriate to encourage repeat business or additional purchases.
• Share recurring customer feedback and common objections with the team to help improve sales conversations.
