Tele Caller (Personal Loan)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Telecaller with experience in Personal Loan (PL) sales and cross-selling of personal loan products. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential and existing customers, generating leads, explaining loan products, following up with interested customers, and converting leads into successful loan applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers for Personal Loan products.
• Generate leads and identify customers interested in personal loans.
• Handle cross-selling of personal loans to existing customers and eligible prospects.
• Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation requirements.
• Follow up with interested customers to convert leads into applications.
• Coordinate with the sales and loan processing teams for application processing.
• Maintain customer information, call records, and daily sales reports.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
• Provide professional customer service and maintain good customer relationships.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Graduation preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Personal Loan tele calling, PL sales, or cross-selling.
• Experience in banking, NBFC, fintech, or financial services will be preferred.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Ability to handle customer queries and follow up effectively.
• Target-oriented approach with strong lead-conversion skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with prior experience in Personal Loan (PL) outbound calling, cross-selling personal loans, lead generation, and loan sales from banks, NBFCs, or fintech companies are preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
