Al Safwan Marine, with over 21 years of expertise and 80+ employees, is a globally trusted name in marine safety services, specializing in inspection and servicing of marine safety equipment for international clients.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Tele Caller (Credit Controller) to manage and follow up on outstanding receivables from customers. This role involves frequent communication via phone and email to ensure timely payments.

• Contact customers (primarily in the UAE) through phone and email for payment follow-ups
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment status
• Build professional relationships with clients to ensure smooth payment cycles
• Coordinate with the accounts team to track receivables and resolve payment issues

Candidate Requirements

• Smart and proactive individual with good coordination skills
• Fluency in English (spoken) is mandatory, as the role involves communication with UAE clients
• Strong follow-up and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience in telecalling/credit control will be an advantage
