Role & Designation: Key Account Manager / Relationship Management
Location: Andheri/Thane
Roles & Responsibilities
- On-board and manage POSP (Point of Sales Person) partners through tele calling.
- Educate POSPs on health insurance products, processes, and sales guidelines.
- Drive business generation through POSP partners with regular follow-ups and support.
- Resolve partner queries related to products, issuance, login, and documentation.
- Achieve monthly B2B POSP activation and sales targets.
- Maintain daily MIS, call logs, and partner performance reports.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and tele calling skills.
- Ability to explain insurance products clearly.
- Relationship building and partner management skills.
- Target-oriented and proactive.
Desired Profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Health Insurance sales.
- Quick learner with the ability to explain complex insurance products and processes clearly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Educational Qualification: Graduate
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
