Job Title: Telecaller – Collection Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for motivated and target-oriented Telecallers to join our collection team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting customers regarding outstanding payments, following up on overdue accounts, and ensuring timely payment collection while maintaining good customer relationships.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers regarding pending payments and overdue amounts.
• Follow up with customers to ensure timely repayment.
• Explain outstanding dues and payment procedures to customers.
• Remind customers about payment deadlines and repayment schedules.
• Handle customer queries and payment-related concerns professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments.
• Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.
• Coordinate with the team to improve collection performance.

Skills Required:

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to handle customers professionally over the phone.
• Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work towards targets.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: 12th Pass / Any Degree.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Experience in telecalling, collections, banking, or finance will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of Tamil is preferred.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: Based on experience and company norms.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
